النوتر

NOTARY SECURE PAYMENT PERIOD HAS STARTED

The period of secure payment in the notary has begun as of today. At the notary, the money will be blocked in the bank account until the signatures are appended. With the implementation, during the transportation of cash, the risks of theft or loss of money will also be eliminated.

The period of exchange of money by hand has ended with the secure payment system in the notary, prepared with the cooperation of the Ministry of Justice and the Notaries Union of Turkey. Until the notary transactions are completed, the amount of money will be blocked in the bank account opened by the intermediary institution that will make the payment. With the implementation, the risks of theft or loss of money during the transportation of cash will also be eliminated. In addition, with the new implementation, fees and expenses in notaries will now be paid by credit card or bank card.

SECURITY PAYMENT TRANSACTION FEE IS THE SAME FOR EVERY SALE QUANTITY; 20 LIRAS

Making a statement on the subject, Bakırköy 24. Notary First Secretary Ahmet Onat stated that they have started secure payment transactions at the notary public and said, “The secure payment system is a system that guarantees both buyers and sellers. The parties apply for joint membership to the bank that we call ’’clearing bank’’. In this process, the buyer deposits the money into the seller’s common account. When they come to the notary for safe shopping, money is automatically taken into account after it is approved in the system. The transaction fee is the same for each amount of money, and a fee of 20 lira is charged. It is a system that eliminates fraud. It was a good implementation for citizens.” he said.

PERIOD OF PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD IN THE NOTARY

Ahmet Onat said that the implementation of payment by credit card has started today, “Citizens will be able to pay the transaction fees at the notary public by credit or bank cards”.
